Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original Hadley Designs boxing to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
